ACIM IS PULLING ME DOWNWARDS: HELP! ????

My life has spiraled a horrible mess since I started exploring ACIM. It's like I'm slipping down a scary spiral and can't get out. I hoped it would bring peace, but instead, it's just making everything worse. The teachings are challenging, and I feel like I'm losing my grip. I don't know what to do anymore. Am I going crazy?
